Who is Boundok?

Boundok is a clinic managed by experts Dr. Renata Boundok and Dr. Jefferson Boundok. The clinic specializes in rehabilitative dentistry and orofacial harmonization. The company's website was outdated and no longer working to capture new leads.

First Steps

By understanding the client's service, we decided to create a main page, to be the website's home page with institutional information and two other pages that would function as sales pages for the experts' specific services.

With the information obtained by the marketing team, it was possible to create the main offers and develop the website's structure.

Challenges

It was necessary to create a different structure for the landing page - since the audience for each one is different - and keep the design of these pages consistent with the design of the institutional website.

Opportunities

I had close contact with the company's sales team, which helped me obtain crucial information to make the website's texts appealing to the target audience.

The crucial questions were: How do these customers search for the service? What do they want to know to close a deal? What triggers should we use to increase conversions?

Process

First, we collected as much information as possible about customer behavior. This data was obtained from the marketing team and user behavior research.

When structuring the website, we highlighted the experts (the old website did not highlight the professionals, only extensive "about us" texts), created two landing pages with a total emphasis on their processes (what sets the clinic apart), and made the entire website flow more intuitive.

After the website began to be used, I continued working on some changes based on the results of A/B tests.

Results

With a cleaner, more modern design, the website effectively reflects all of the clinic's expertise with more photos that showcase the services in a more organized manner.

All of this has a direct impact on the brand's perceived value. The pages were optimized to the maximum so that it was possible to run traffic campaigns targeting them efficiently.
